Case studies

Case studies that stop where the evidence stops.

Each one runs the same five sections, in the same order, and the fourth of them is the artifact itself — a finished, named file rather than a description of one. Where a master is not yet served from our own origin, the page says so plainly and we will screen it for you on request.

12 metrics across 3 case studies. The Authorised figure column is empty for all of them — no client has authorised an outcome figure for this work.

Read this before you look for the numbers

None of these case studies publishes a results percentage. Not one of them is missing a number by accident — we publish the mechanism and the artifact, and the outcome figures stay out until a client authorises one with a denominator and a date attached. If that costs us a deal against somebody quoting a percentage they cannot source, we will take that trade.

What you get instead is the part that is actually transferable: the mechanism, and the instrumentation we would ship with it. A percentage from somebody else’s account tells you nothing about yours. A measurement plan tells you exactly what we would watch in yours, and what we would kill when it moved the wrong way.

The instrumentation — where a results number would sit.

AI Ads & Campaigns

One edit, two soundtracks: building an honest A/B pair

A saree campaign delivered twice — with the voiceover and without it — so the sound-on and sound-off versions of a single edit can be judged against each other rather than against two different films.

Context

Feed placements autoplay muted. That is not a claim about any particular advertiser, it is how the surfaces are built, and it means a spot whose argument lives in its voiceover is a spot that makes no argument at all to most of the people it reaches. The standard response is to caption the film and move on. The better response is to find out whether the voiceover was doing any work in the first place — which requires shipping both versions and looking.

Four films, one property: why the set is the deliverable

A numbered set of four property films, briefed and delivered together — built around the fact that a property buyer moves through several decisions and no single video serves all of them.

Context

Property is a long, high-consideration purchase. Somebody who has never heard of a development and somebody who is deciding whether to book a site visit need different things from a video: one needs a reason to care in three seconds, the other needs detail, scale and the answer to the question they have already half-formed. A single film asked to serve both tends to serve neither, which is why property marketing so often ends up with one over-long walkthrough that nobody finishes.

A company film built to come apart

Run AI’s own 59-second pitch film, delivered as a master plus separately cut segments — so one film serves a website hero, a pitch deck and a social post without a re-edit each time.

Context

A company film is usually commissioned as one artefact and then immediately asked to be six. The website wants twenty seconds above the fold, the deck wants the founder saying the one useful sentence, the social channel wants something under fifteen, and every one of those requests goes back to an editor who is no longer on the project. Six months later the film is stale and the studio quotes for a re-cut.
