Who is responsible for your data
Run AI Intelligence Private Limited (CIN U62099DL2025PTC452659), registered office 102A, Twin District Towers, Jackson Crowne Heights, Sector-10, Rohini, New Delhi 110085, decides why and how the personal data described here is processed — under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, it is the Data Fiduciary. Questions and requests go to our Grievance Officer.
The short version
This site has no advertising pixel, no analytics account, and no tracking cookie. It collects information in exactly five places: an enquiry form, the newsletter field, the chat assistant, the video agent on the Agents page, and the job application form on the hiring page. Each is listed below with the specific fields it sends and why. If you never use one of the five, this site records nothing about you at all.
We use what you send only for the purpose you sent it for. We do not sell it, trade it, or use it to build a profile of you.
Separately, our internal Run AI Marketing Automation app receives data from Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp for the accounts we manage. Section 7 covers it.
When you send an enquiry
Every enquiry form on this site — on the contact page and at the foot of each service page — posts to a single endpoint that delivers the message to the studio. It sends:
- Required
- Your name and your email address.
- Optional
- Company, role, phone number, the service you are asking about, a budget indication, and whatever you write in the message field.
- Added automatically
- Which page the form was on, your IP address, your browser’s user-agent string, and the referring page. These four are anti-abuse metadata: they are what makes the rate limit and the spam check work.
- Why
- To reply to you and, if you want, to scope and deliver the work you asked about.
- Basis
- You send it voluntarily, for that purpose — a legitimate use under section 7(a) of the DPDP Act.
Nothing is stored on this website. The enquiry is delivered by email to the studio mailbox (or, where the deployment is configured for one, posted to a workflow endpoint), and that is the whole journey. If delivery fails you are told it failed — this site never shows a confirmation for a message that did not arrive.
When you apply for a job
The application form on the hiring page sends the details it asks for, and nothing else:
- Required
- Your full name, phone number and email address; the editing software you use; your experience; whether you have edited ads for a brand, and if so which; a link to your portfolio; whether you are available full-time; when you can join; and your confirmations that you have your own laptop and that you are 18 or older.
- Added automatically
- A reference number, the time you applied, and which button opened the form. Your IP address is used only to rate-limit the form and is not stored with your application.
- Why
- To assess you for the role you applied for, and to contact you about it.
- Basis
- You send it voluntarily, for that purpose — a legitimate use under section 7(a) of the DPDP Act.
Each application is stored as one row in a Google Sheet in the studio’s own Google Workspace account, read only by the people hiring for the role. If the sheet cannot be reached at that moment, the application is emailed to the studio instead, so it is not lost — and if neither works, you are told it was not sent. We keep an application while we are hiring for that role and delete it once the role is filled, unless you agree that we may keep it for a future opening.
When you use the chat assistant or the video agent
The assistant on this site is an AI model, not a person. What you type is sent, through Vercel’s AI Gateway, to Anthropic’s Claude model to produce a reply, along with the earlier turns of that conversation so the answer makes sense in context. Vercel and Anthropic process it under their own terms. The purpose is to answer your question; the basis is that you chose to send it.
We do not write the conversation to any database, it is not attached to your enquiry if you send one, and it disappears when you close the tab. Your IP address is used to rate-limit the assistant and is not sent to the model. Please do not type personal data about yourself or anyone else, or anything confidential, into it.
If you use voice mode, your browser turns your speech into text before anything reaches us. Chrome and Edge use their makers’ speech services and Safari uses Apple’s, each under its own terms. Run AI never receives or keeps audio: only the resulting words are sent, exactly as if you had typed them, and they are handled as above.
In voice mode the assistant’s answers are read aloud in a computer-generated voice. The text of each answer is sent to Microsoft’s speech service (Azure) to be voiced, or, if that route fails, through Vercel’s AI Gateway to the same service; the audio comes straight back to your device to be played, and neither the text nor the audio is stored by us. If that service is unavailable, your browser’s own voice reads the answer instead. On a computer, your microphone also stays on while the assistant speaks, so you can interrupt it by talking, as you would a person. That sound is measured on your device only to notice that you have started speaking; it is never recorded or sent anywhere.
The Agents page also offers a video call, of up to two minutes, with an AI agent shown as a computer-generated face and voice. It is run by HeyGen’s LiveAvatar service, not by our servers, and nothing from it loads until you press Start. During a call your microphone audio, and the words you say, go to HeyGen in the United States and to the companies it uses to run the call (for the video stream, speech recognition, the voice and the language model that writes the answers). HeyGen keeps a transcript of each call in our account with it, under its own privacy policy, which may also let it use calls to improve its service. We do not record the audio or copy the transcript anywhere else. The purpose is to answer your questions; the basis is that you started the call. Please do not share personal or confidential information on it.
Our Run AI Marketing Automation app on Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp
Run AI Intelligence Private Limited operates Run AI Marketing Automation, an app registered with Meta. It is an internal tool: only authorised Run AI personnel log in to it, with Facebook Login, and it is not offered to the public. It manages the Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, ad accounts and WhatsApp Business numbers that Run AI is authorised to manage. If you comment on, message or fill in a lead form for one of them, Meta sends the app some of the following, depending on the product:
- Facebook Login
- For the person operating the app only: their name, Meta user ID and the access permissions they grant.
- Facebook Pages and Instagram
- Posts and their performance, and the comments and messages people send to those Pages and accounts, with the sender’s public name and ID.
- Lead Ads
- What a person enters in a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, usually a name, phone number, email and their answers.
- Ads (Marketing API)
- Campaign settings and performance figures. Meta reports these in aggregate, not about individual people.
- WhatsApp Business
- The phone number, profile name and messages of people who message the business or receive its messages.
Why. Only to run those accounts: publishing posts, answering comments and messages, following up the enquiries people send through lead forms, and running and reporting on ads. The basis is the purpose you contacted the business for, or the authority its owner gave us.
What we never do with it. Sell it, share it for anyone else’s marketing, build advertising profiles from it, or use it to train AI models. We use it only as the Meta Platform Terms allow.
Who sees it. Authorised Run AI personnel, and the service providers that host the app for us, under contracts that require them to protect it. Meta processes the same data under its own privacy policy.
How long, and deleting it. We keep it only as long as that purpose needs. You can ask us to delete it at any time, and we will do so within 30 days and confirm by email: data deletion instructions.
What this site does not do
Stated plainly, because most sites in this category do all four:
- No analytics account. No Google Analytics, no product analytics, no session recording. The site has an internal event helper that writes to the browser console during development and, unless a tag manager is installed on the page, does nothing in production.
- No advertising pixel. No Meta pixel, no LinkedIn insight tag, no conversion tag of any kind.
- No tracking cookies. The site sets at most two browser storage entries:
theme, which remembers whether you chose light or dark, andmotion, which remembers that you paused the animations, only if you do. Each holds one word, neither leaves your device, and that is why there is no cookie banner here. If you start a call with the video agent, its frame belongs to HeyGen and may use its own storage under HeyGen’s terms. - No selling, sharing or profiling. Enquiries are read by the studio to answer them, and applications to assess them. Neither is sold, traded or used to build a profile, and nothing is used to make an automated decision about you.
Who else processes it, and where
These service providers process data on our behalf, only to provide their service to us. Several are in the United States, so some of this processing happens outside India; the DPDP Act permits that, and we will stop any transfer to a country the Government of India restricts.
- Vercel Inc. (USA)
- Hosts the site and runs its server functions, including the AI Gateway the assistant uses. It sees each request in order to serve it and keeps its own operational logs.
- Anthropic PBC (USA)
- The assistant’s language model. Only chat messages, and only while you are chatting.
- Microsoft Corporation (USA)
- Voices the assistant’s answers in voice mode, through its Azure speech service (with Vercel’s AI Gateway as the backup route). It receives only the text of those answers, never your audio.
- HeyGen (USA)
- Runs the video agent on the Agents page, through its LiveAvatar service. While a call is live it receives your microphone audio and the call’s words, and it keeps a transcript under its own privacy policy. It uses its own sub-processors, also in the United States, for the video stream, speech recognition, the voice and the language model.
- Resend (USA)
- Delivers enquiries, newsletter sign-ups and — only if the sheet is unavailable — applications to the studio mailbox. It sees what is in them.
- Google (Workspace)
- Hosts the studio mailbox that receives what you send, and the sheet that holds job applications.
- Fonts
- None. The typefaces are served from this site’s own files, so loading a page makes no request to a font service.
For this website there is nobody else: no data broker, no enrichment service, no CRM sync. For the Run AI Marketing Automation app, Meta Platforms is the source of the data, as section 7 describes, and processes it under its own policy.
How it is protected
Every page and form is served over HTTPS. The website itself stores nothing you send: submissions go straight to a mailbox or a sheet in accounts only the studio’s team can open. The forms are rate-limited, reject automated submissions, and refuse requests sent from other websites; the pages are served with standard browser security headers. No system is perfectly secure, but these are the safeguards in place.
If a breach of personal data ever affects you, we will tell you, and report it to the authorities the law names — CERT-In today, and the Data Protection Board of India once the DPDP Act’s duties apply.
How long it is kept
- Enquiries
- While we are in conversation with you, and afterwards only for as long as a resulting engagement or a legal obligation requires.
- Newsletter
- Until you unsubscribe.
- Applications
- Until the role is filled — longer only if you agree.
- Chat
- Not kept by us; the conversation ends when you close the tab.
You can ask us to delete anything we hold about you sooner, at any time.
Your rights, and how to use them
You can ask us, at any time — these are your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and we honour them now, before its duties take full effect:
- for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and who we have shared it with;
- to correct, complete or update it;
- to erase it, unless the law requires us to keep it;
- to withdraw a consent you gave — as easily as you gave it;
- to nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you die or cannot act;
- to hear and resolve a grievance about how we have handled your data.
Write to our Grievance Officer at info@runaiintelligence.com from the address you used, and say what you want. We may ask you to confirm it is you. Because an enquiry lives in a mailbox rather than a database, erasing it means deleting the correspondence — which also ends the conversation it belongs to. A job application is one row in a spreadsheet, and deleting it removes it entirely.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India once its complaints process is in force. If you are in the EU or UK, you have equivalent rights under the GDPR, including to complain to your local supervisory authority.

Children
This is a business-to-business studio site, and it is not directed at children. The forms are for people aged 18 or over; the job application asks you to confirm it. If we learn that we hold a child’s data without verifiable consent from a parent or guardian, we delete it.
Changes to this page
This page is versioned with the site’s source code, and the review date at the top moves when the text does. It describes how the site behaves today; if the site starts collecting something new, this page changes in the same commit that does it.
