Data deletion

From the Run AI Marketing Automation app: anything Meta sent it about you. That includes your comments and messages to a Facebook Page or Instagram account we manage, a lead form you filled in, your WhatsApp messages with a business we manage, and, if you logged in to the app, your Facebook Login details. Section 7 of our privacy policy lists exactly what it can receive.

From this website: an enquiry, a newsletter sign-up or a job application you sent us.

Email our Grievance Officer, Simran Bansal, at info@runaiintelligence.com with the subject “Data deletion request”. Tell us what to look for, so we can find every copy: your Facebook or Instagram name, the Page or account you contacted, the phone number you used on WhatsApp, or the email address you gave us.

We may ask you to confirm that the request is yours, only so that nobody else can have your data deleted. We never charge for this.

• We reply to confirm we have your request.
• We delete the data within 30 days of receiving your request, from the app and from our own records.
• We email you to confirm it has been deleted.
• If the law requires us to keep something, for example a tax record of paid work, we keep only that, and tell you what it is and why.

You can also stop the app’s access yourself at any time. On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, find Run AI Marketing Automation and choose Remove. That stops any further access. To have the data it already received deleted, email us as described above.

The Grievance Officer answers questions about deletion and resolves complaints within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India. See our privacy policy for details.
