These terms cover this website — the work shown on it, the tools and forms running on it, and the law that applies to it. The terms of an engagement live in its signed statement of work, not here.

The work shown on this site
Every item in the portfolio carries a label saying what it is. Concept means we made it to demonstrate a capability or explore a technique — it was not commissioned, and no brand or organisation shown in it endorsed or paid for it. Client means commissioned work shown with permission, or linked to where the client published it.
Much of the work on this site is made with generative AI tools. People, products and places that appear in Concept work may be generated and do not depict real events.
What you may and may not do with our content
The films, images, text, code and design of this site belong to Run AI Intelligence Private Limited or to those who licensed them to us, and are protected by the Copyright Act, 1957 and other law. You may view the site, share links to any page, and quote short extracts with attribution.
You may not, without our written permission:
- copy, republish or sell the work, or present it as your own;
- scrape the site, or use its content to train or fine-tune a machine-learning model;
- use the work to suggest a capability, client or endorsement that is not yours.
Names and trademarks of other organisations
Where this site names another organisation — on the clients page or in a piece of work — the name is used only to identify it. Names, logos and marks belong to their owners; their appearance here is not a claim that the owner endorses us, and we show no logo without its owner’s written permission.
If you believe something here uses material you own, or names you in a way you object to, write to info@runaiintelligence.com identifying the item. We will take it down while we check.
Nothing here is an offer
No prices are published on this site. Every engagement is priced in a written proposal for a defined scope.
Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and no contract is formed by using it or by sending a form. An engagement exists only when a written proposal or statement of work for a defined scope is signed by both sides, and its terms then govern the work.
Case studies and results
The case studies describe how a piece of work was made and what it was built to do. Where a measured outcome exists and we are authorised to publish it, it is cited with its denominator and date; where it does not, the case study states no result. Nothing on this site guarantees a commercial outcome.
The chat assistant
Seeker is an AI assistant, not a person. It answers from this site’s own content, it can be wrong or out of date, and nothing it says is a quote, a proposal, a promise or advice — legal, financial or otherwise. Where it and a signed document disagree, the document is right; nothing the assistant says binds us.
Do not type personal data about yourself or anyone else, or anything confidential, into it. How your messages are processed is set out in the privacy policy.
Job applications
Applying through the hiring page does not create an offer or a contract of employment. An offer of work is made only in writing by Run AI Intelligence Private Limited.
We never charge a fee to apply, to take a test task, or to join, and we never ask for payment or bank details during hiring. If anyone asks for money in our name, it is not us — please report it to info@runaiintelligence.com.
The Run AI Marketing Automation app
Run AI Intelligence Private Limited operates Run AI Marketing Automation, an app on Meta’s platforms that manages the Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, ad accounts and WhatsApp Business numbers we are authorised to manage. It is an internal tool. Only authorised Run AI personnel may log in to it or use it, and these terms give no one else any right to access it.
Its use of Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Meta’s Marketing API is also subject to Meta’s terms and policies, including the Meta Platform Terms. How it handles personal data is set out in section 7 of our privacy policy, and how to have that data deleted is on the data deletion page.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to:
- break any law, or infringe anyone’s rights;
- send false information, or impersonate anyone, through a form;
- probe, overload or disrupt the site or its forms, or submit to them automatically;
- try to make the assistant produce unlawful, harmful or misleading content.
Misuse is rate-limited and may be blocked, and we may report unlawful use.
Availability and accuracy
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a linked third-party site will keep working. Links to other sites are not endorsements, and we do not control what those sites publish.
Limits of our liability
To the extent the law allows, Run AI Intelligence Private Limited is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or opportunity, arising from your use of this website or your reliance on its content.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, for anything else the law does not allow to be limited, or any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot be excluded by agreement.
Personal data
What this site collects, why, where it goes and how to have it corrected or deleted is set out in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
Complaints and grievances
Our Grievance Officer is Simran Bansal, Chief Executive Officer & Founder. Write to info@runaiintelligence.com or to our registered office, 102A, Twin District Towers, Jackson Crowne Heights, Sector-10, Rohini, New Delhi 110085. We will resolve a grievance within one month of receiving it.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this website, are governed by the laws of India. The courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
General
If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Not enforcing a term straight away is not a waiver of it. These terms are written in English, and the English text governs.
Changes to these terms
These terms are versioned with the site’s source code and the review date at the top moves when the text does. Continued use of the site after a change means the revised terms apply.
