Real Estate Film 01
The opening film of a four-part property set, cut as a numbered sequence rather than four separate spots.
The brief
One of four numbered property films held together in their own folder. The set structure matters more than any single film: property marketing is rarely won by one video, because a buyer moves from curiosity to shortlist to visit, and each of those steps wants a different length and a different amount of detail. A numbered set is what that funnel looks like as deliverables.
The constraint
Written up in the case study this artifact belongs to.
A set is only economical if it comes out of one production rather than four. That constrains the work upstream: coverage has to be planned for every cut in the set at the point of building the shots, because coming back for a fifth film after the fact costs roughly what the first four did together.
Read the case study: Four films, one property: why the set is the deliverableHow it was made
Delivered as film one of a numbered four-film set, kept in a dedicated real estate folder rather than mixed into the general ads reel.
Tools
We hold the finished file, not the shot-by-shot production record. Rather than list a model or a tool we cannot evidence for this specific piece, we list nothing — ask and we will walk you through exactly how it was built.
What shipped
The delivery record, and only what we can evidence. “Not recorded” means the archive does not carry it — we are not going to estimate it for you.

Every piece here is labelled Concept. That is not modesty — it is accuracy. Which of these were paid client engagements has not been confirmed in writing, and we will not label something client work on a guess.
Concept work is made by us to show the craft. It was not commissioned, and no brand or organisation shown in it endorsed or paid for it. What the labels mean
